This is a rating - and an apology. Other than delivering the product two days early, everything was great. Your decision to leave the bark in the street instead of on the driveway was very thoughtful, because as you stated, on the driveway might well have stained the concrete driveway. Our only real problem was that we both being 90-year-olds, had prearranged for our kids to come down to help us on Wednesday (the day we asked for the product to be delivered). I'm not that good with a wheelbarrow at 90 -(if I ever was) Fortunately, the kids (50+) were able to come on Monday and rescue us. The gardener (his name is Jose Placenta) also helped and we had the street pile removed by noon. So, it all turned out well - and I need to apologize for 'going-off on you over the phone about the two-day early delivery. I had visions of the Home-Owner Nazis penalizing us for the bark in the street for a couple of days. Jim
